四、阻力損失的簡便近似計算
上述計算方法是比較繁復(fù)的,有時為了計算方便可用下面簡便近似的計算方法:可按表1-6,將各種局部阻力損失折合成直管長度并與直管長相加得出總長度,然后查表1-7、表1 -8,得每100m直管損失的水頭,計算出總的阻力損失水頭。
要說明的是這種方法雖然簡單,但不很精確,只適合于計算有困難的人員或是只需要近似計算的情況下使用。
五、 舉例計算阻力損失
[例]設(shè)有離心泵的管路裝置,流量Q=90m3/h,進(jìn)出管均為鋼管,管內(nèi)徑D=100m,直管總長度L= 50m,進(jìn)水管上有感同底網(wǎng)1個,90°彎頭1個,出水管上有同網(wǎng)(全開) 1個,逆止閥1個,90°彎頭2個,試求進(jìn)出管的總阻力損失。

4. Simple approximate calculation of resistance loss
The above calculation method is more complicated. Sometimes, for the convenience of calculation, the following simple and approximate calculation method can be used: according to table 1-6, all kinds of local resistance losses can be converted into straight pipe length and the total length can be added with the straight pipe length. Then, check table 1-7 and table 1-8 to get the loss head of every 100m straight pipe and calculate the total resistance loss head.
It should be noted that although this method is simple, it is not very accurate, and it is only suitable for those who have difficulty in calculation or only need approximate calculation.
