渣漿泵主要需要什么性能參數(shù)

表示泵工作性能的參數(shù)叫做泵的性能參數(shù),常有流量Q,揚程H,轉(zhuǎn)速n,功率P,效率η,汽蝕余量(NPSH) 或允許吸上真空高度[H,] 等。
一、流量Q

泵在單位時間內(nèi)排出液體的數(shù)量,有體積流量Q和重量流量Qc兩種

體積流量Q的單位: m3/h; m3/s; L/s等。

重量流量Qc的單位: tVh; kgf/s。

重量流量Qc和體積流量Q的關(guān)系為:

二、揚程H

單位重量液體通過泵后能量的增加值,即等于泵的出口總水頭與口總水頭的代數(shù)差。單位為米水柱(mH20)。

功率P

泵的功率包括有效功率Pu (或稱輸出功率),軸功率P (或稱輸功率),配用功率Pg三種。
1.泵的有效功率P。(輸出功率)
    是單位時間內(nèi)對流經(jīng)該泵流體所做的功,稱有效功率Pu或稱輸出功率、水功率。

式中  Pu----泵的有效功率, kW;
      Qv----泵的體積流量, m3/s;

H----泵的總揚程,m;

p----被輸送液體的密度,kg/m3;。

2.軸功率P (輸入功率)

是指原動機輸給泵軸的功率,稱軸功率P或稱輸功率。

泵的輸功率和輸出功率之差即為泵內(nèi)的損失部分,之比為泵的效率η

式中η泵的效率 ,%。

3.配用功率Pg

是指原動機額定輸出功率。考慮到泵在非設計工況下運行時軸功率增大或泵在長時間運行后效率下降或其他故障時軸功率增大等因素,所以配用功率比軸功率要大一些,需有一個儲備系數(shù)k。

泵的有效功率Pu與軸功率P之比,用百分數(shù)表示:

It is the work done to the fluid flowing through the pump in unit time, which is called effective power Pu or output power and water power.

2. Shaft power P (input power)




It refers to the power transmitted by the prime mover to the pump shaft, which is called shaft power P or input power.




The difference between the input power and output power of the pump is the loss part in the pump, and the ratio is the efficiency η of the pump.

3. Power PG




It refers to the rated output power of prime mover. In consideration of the factors such as the increase of shaft power when the pump is running under non design conditions, the decrease of pump efficiency after a long time of operation or the increase of shaft power when other faults occur, the matching power is larger than the shaft power, and a reserve coefficient K is required.
