渣漿泵的型式該如何選擇
泵的型式選擇是根據(jù)泵的性能、安裝要求、介質(zhì)性質(zhì)及使用要求進行選擇的。型式選擇也是很重要的，如果選擇不當就會無法滿足使用安裝要求。
一、從性能選擇泵的型式
(1)當揚程不是很高(H<150m)，比轉(zhuǎn)速n=30~280時，可選澤單級單吸的離心泵。
(2)當揚程較高的情況下H大于50m，可考慮選用多級離心泵，當H大于150時，一般需選用多級離心泵。
(3)當流量較大情況下宜選用雙吸離心泵。
(4)當揚程較低(5~20m)，流量又較大，比轉(zhuǎn)速ns=250~600時可考慮選用混流泵。
(5)當揚整很低(H 10m)而流量又很大(Q大于1000m3/h)，比轉(zhuǎn)速ns=600-2000時應考慮選用軸流泵。
(6)當流量很小，揚程很高的情況下，可選用旋渦泵或部分流泵。
需要說明的是，以上給出的流量、揚程范圍值，僅是大致的范圍值，因流量大的泵揚程可以高些,而流量小的泵揚程就較低些,同時就是同樣流量揚程值也可以選擇不同型式的泵，需要根據(jù)樣本上的參數(shù)來確定。 渣漿泵廠家
