渣漿泵型號(hào)的確定與選擇
一、 泵型號(hào)的確定方法
確定了泵的性能、泵的型式后就可以確定泵的具體型號(hào)。泵型號(hào)的確定介紹下面兩種方法:
1.查性能表法
泵的樣本或說明書上都列有性能表,每一型號(hào)的泵都列出了流量Q、揚(yáng)程H、轉(zhuǎn)速n、軸功率P、配用功率Pg、效率及必需汽蝕余量NPSHR(或允許吸上真空高度等一組性能參數(shù)。 有的列出的是一個(gè)流量點(diǎn)(規(guī)定流量點(diǎn))的一組性能參數(shù),有的列出了三個(gè)流量點(diǎn)的三組性能參數(shù),中間的流量點(diǎn)為規(guī)定的流量0。的性能參效,其他兩個(gè)流量點(diǎn)分別為小流量點(diǎn)Qmin和大流量點(diǎn)Qmax點(diǎn)的性能參數(shù)。選用泵時(shí),應(yīng)盡量選規(guī)定流量點(diǎn)的性能參數(shù),運(yùn)行較為經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全。如果選不到,也可在小流量Q.和大流量0.范圍內(nèi)選用。當(dāng)泵的流量、揚(yáng)程選擇好后,還要校核泵的汽蝕余量,樣本中的是必需汽蝕余量NPSHR,應(yīng)小于裝置要求的可用汽蝕余量( 或稱裝置汽蝕余量) NPSHA, 如果汽蝕性能不能滿足,此型號(hào)泵也不能使用,而要重新選擇。泵轉(zhuǎn)速低一點(diǎn),汽蝕性能會(huì)好一點(diǎn)。渣漿泵廠家

1. Check the performance table
The performance table is listed on the pump sample or instruction manual.
