渣漿泵的軸承、 軸承部件的選擇與使用
泵的軸承是支承泵轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)的部件,用來承受徑向載荷或徑向和軸向的聯(lián)合載荷。軸承
在泵中只是一個小部件,但它關(guān)系到泵的運行可靠性。泵的故障經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在泵的軸承中,當(dāng)軸承發(fā)生故障時,泵就無法運轉(zhuǎn),所以軸承選擇是否合理,使用是否正確是非常重要的。根據(jù)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)的不同,可分為滾動軸承和潛動軸承兩大類。
一、 滾動軸承
1.滾動軸承的使用場合
滾動軸承的優(yōu)點是:軸承磨損小,磨損后泵的轉(zhuǎn)子不會下沉,軸承間隙小,能保證對中性;結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,軸承的軸向尺寸小,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高,通用性互換性好,到處可以購到,價格便宜,使用安裝維修方便;摩擦系數(shù)小,泵的啟動力矩小。
滾動軸承的缺點是:負擔(dān)沖擊的能力差,高速時易有噪聲,安裝時要求準(zhǔn)確。
由于滾動軸承的眾多優(yōu)點,滾動軸承在泵中使用非常廣泛,一般轉(zhuǎn)速在3000r/mim以下,軸徑在100mm以下,首先選用滾動軸承。

①深溝球軸承:主要承受徑向載荷,也可同時承受少量的雙向載荷。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,安裝、拆卸、使用很方便。
②角接觸球軸承,單列可承受徑向和雙向軸向載荷的聯(lián)合載荷但不宜承受純軸向載荷。列可受徑向為主和雙向朝向載荷的聯(lián)合載荷但不宜承受純軸向載荷。
③調(diào)心球(滾子) 軸承:主要承受徑向載荷,也可同時承受少量的雙向軸向載荷。
④圓柱滾子軸承:僅能承受徑向載荷,內(nèi)、外圈帶擋邊的單列軸承可承受較小的軸向載荷。
⑤滾針軸承:僅能承受徑向載荷。
⑥圓錐滾子軸承:主要承受以徑向載荷為主的徑向軸向聯(lián)合載荷,而大錐角可承受以軸向載荷為主的徑向軸向聯(lián)合載荷。單列的圓錐滾子軸承在徑向載荷作用下會產(chǎn)生附加軸向力,因此,一般應(yīng)成對使用。 圓錐滾子軸承的極限轉(zhuǎn)速較低。
⑦推力軸承:推力球軸承51000型只能承受單向軸向載荷,52000 型可承受雙向軸向載荷。
推力圓柱、圓錐軸承,只能承受單向軸向載荷。

The disadvantages of rolling bearing are: poor ability to bear impact, easy to have noise at high speed, and accurate installation.
Because of many advantages of rolling bearing, rolling bearing is widely used in pumps. Generally, the speed is below 3000r / MIM, and the shaft diameter is below 100mm. First, rolling bearing is selected.

① deep groove ball bearing: mainly bear radial load, but also bear a small amount of bidirectional load at the same time. The structure is simple and easy to install, disassemble and use.
② angular contact ball bearing, single row can bear the combined load of radial and bidirectional axial load, but not pure axial load. The column can bear the combined load of radial and bidirectional direction load, but it is not suitable to bear the pure axial load.
③ self aligning ball (roller) bearing: mainly bear radial load, but also bear a small amount of bidirectional axial load at the same time.
④ cylindrical roller bearing: it can only bear radial load, and single row bearing with inner and outer ring flange can bear smaller axial load.
⑤ needle bearing: only able to bear radial load.
⑥ tapered roller bearing: it mainly bears the combined radial and axial load mainly based on the radial load, while the large cone angle can bear the combined radial and axial load mainly based on the axial load. Single row tapered roller bearings will produce additional axial force under radial load, so they should be used in pairs The limit speed of tapered roller bearing is low.
⑦ thrust bearing: thrust ball bearing 51000 can only bear one-way axial load, and 52000 can bear two-way axial load.
Thrust cylindrical and tapered bearings can only bear one-way axial load.
