圖5 -23是潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑的多級(jí)泵軸承部件結(jié)構(gòu)圖,采用圓柱滾子軸承,不承受軸向載荷,允許泵的轉(zhuǎn)子作小量的軸向竄動(dòng)。是用于輸送的液體溫度低于100C采用平衡盤平衡軸向力的小型多級(jí)泵中。
圖5 -24是分段式多級(jí)泵中常用的軸承部件結(jié)構(gòu)圖,是以潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑,油環(huán)提油,設(shè)有冷卻水套冷卻的結(jié)構(gòu)。它采用圓柱滾子軸承,不承受軸向載荷,允許轉(zhuǎn)子作小量的軸向串動(dòng),可用于輸送液體溫度大于100C、轉(zhuǎn)速較高、功率較大的多級(jí)泵中。
圖5-25是潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑,油環(huán)提油的多級(jí)泵軸部件結(jié)構(gòu)圖。左端軸承部件中裝有一對(duì)角接觸向心球軸承,可承受一定的軸向載荷,限制軸向位移。右端裝有無(wú)檔邊的圓柱滾子軸承,允許轉(zhuǎn)子軸向伸長(zhǎng),在抽送高溫液體時(shí),以補(bǔ)償泵體與轉(zhuǎn)子間的膨脹差。因此, 這種結(jié)構(gòu)能承受一定的軸向載荷 ,轉(zhuǎn)子不能左右竄動(dòng)。軸承下都有冷卻水套,故這種結(jié)構(gòu)可用于高溫泵和中開(kāi)蝸殼式、大型多級(jí)泵中。
圖5-26是潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑的雙吸泵軸承部件結(jié)構(gòu)圖。軸承為深溝球軸承,能承受較小的軸向載荷,軸承體是水平中開(kāi)的,適用于輸送液體溫度低于80C、轉(zhuǎn)速低于3000r/min的功率較小的雙吸泵中。當(dāng)功率較大,轉(zhuǎn)速較高時(shí),應(yīng)采用滑動(dòng)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)。 渣漿泵
