爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境的渣漿泵電機(jī)選擇
連續(xù)出現(xiàn)或長(zhǎng)期出現(xiàn)爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境的危險(xiǎn)區(qū)為10區(qū)，有時(shí)會(huì)將積留下的粉塵物揚(yáng)起而偶然出現(xiàn)爆炸性粉塵混合物的環(huán)境危險(xiǎn)區(qū)為11區(qū)。
爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境內(nèi)的電氣設(shè)備和線(xiàn)路，應(yīng)符合周?chē)h(huán)境內(nèi)化學(xué)的、機(jī)械的、熱的、霉菌以及風(fēng)沙等不同環(huán)境條件對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的要求。
在爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境內(nèi)，電氣設(shè)備最高允許表面溫度應(yīng)符合表5-17的規(guī)定。
防爆電氣設(shè)備選型:除可燃性非導(dǎo)電粉塵和可想纖維的11區(qū)環(huán)境采用防塵結(jié)構(gòu)(標(biāo)志為DP)的粉塵防爆電氣外，爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境10區(qū)及其他爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境11區(qū)均需采用塵密結(jié)構(gòu)(標(biāo)志為DT)的粉塵防爆電氣設(shè)備，并還需按照粉塵的不同引燃溫度選擇不同引燃溫度組別的電氣設(shè)備。

火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境的電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)符合周?chē)h(huán)境內(nèi)化學(xué)的、機(jī)械的、熱的、霹菌及鳳沙等環(huán)境條件對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的要求。
在火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境內(nèi)，應(yīng)根據(jù)區(qū)域等級(jí)和使用條件選擇電機(jī)的防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu):
固定安裝式: 21區(qū)內(nèi):用IP44,但對(duì)有滑環(huán)等有火花部件的電機(jī)不宜采用;
22區(qū)內(nèi):用IP54;
23區(qū)內(nèi):用IP21， 但對(duì)有火花部件的電機(jī)應(yīng)采用IP44。
移動(dòng)攜帶式:都采用IP54。
