泵機(jī)組的安裝順序?yàn)?/span>:基礎(chǔ)澆灌、底座安裝、泵和原動(dòng)機(jī)的安裝。
一、 基礎(chǔ)澆灌
泵的基礎(chǔ)是用來固定泵和原動(dòng)機(jī)的位置，承受泵和原動(dòng)機(jī)的載荷，防止振動(dòng)。對于大型泵的基礎(chǔ)，要根據(jù)泵和原動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)、靜載荷進(jìn)行正確的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算來確定，否則會(huì)造成垮塌、變形、振動(dòng)。
固定使用的泵都應(yīng)打混凝土基礎(chǔ)，先挖好基坑，鋪10 ~ 15cm的砂子或碎石夯實(shí)，如果土質(zhì)過松，需要打樁加固，然后安放模板，扎鋼筋，最后澆灌混凝土?；A(chǔ)一般高出地面10-20cm，寬出底座10 ~ 15cm為宜。小型泵機(jī)組可采用磚或石塊砌筑。
地腳螺栓固定的方法有兩種，一次澆灌法和二次澆灌法。
一次澆灌法是在混凝土澆灌前，先做好?？?/span>。將地腳螺栓固定定位在?？?/span>上，如圖6-4所示。一次澆灌在混凝土中，拆下?？蚝?/span>，地腳螺檢就固定在混凝上中。這種方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是縮短了施工時(shí)間，地腳螺栓與混凝土的粘結(jié)較好，但螺栓的位置不易保證，澆灌混凝土?xí)r要小心，不要將地腳螺栓碰歪，一般只用于小型泵 (泵口徑<300mm)的安裝。
二次澆灌法是在基礎(chǔ)上預(yù)留出地腳螺栓孔，一般為100mm x 100mm的方孔(視地腳螺栓大小增減)?？咨顬榈啬_螺栓長L+(100 ~ 200) mm待混凝土達(dá)到一定強(qiáng)度后，安裝底座，上好地腳螺栓后再往預(yù)留的螺栓孔內(nèi)澆灌混凝土，這種方法不會(huì)因地腳螺栓不正而造成底座安裝困難。大型泵機(jī)組一般都采用二次澆灌法。渣漿泵廠家

The installation sequence of the pump unit is: Foundation pouring, base installation, pump and prime mover installation.
I. foundation irrigation
The foundation of pump is used to fix the position of pump and prime mover, bear the load of pump and prime mover and prevent vibration. For the foundation of large pump, the correct design calculation should be carried out according to the dynamic and static loads of pump and prime mover, otherwise it will cause collapse, deformation and vibration.
Concrete foundation shall be built for all pumps in fixed use. The foundation pit shall be dug first, and 10 ~ 15cm sand or gravel shall be paved for compaction. If the soil is too loose, pile driving is required for reinforcement, then formwork shall be placed, reinforcement shall be made, and finally concrete shall be poured. The foundation is generally 10-20cm higher than the ground and 10-15cm wider than the base. Small pump units can be built with bricks or stones.
There are two methods to fix the anchor bolt, one-time pouring method and two-time pouring method.
The one-time pouring method is to make the formwork before the concrete pouring. Fix and position the foundation bolt on the mold frame, as shown in Fig. 6-4. One time pouring in the concrete, after removing the formwork frame, the anchor bolt inspection is fixed in the concrete. The advantage of this method is that the construction time is shortened, and the anchor bolt and concrete are well bonded, but the position of the bolt is not easy to guarantee. When pouring concrete, be careful not to touch the anchor bolt askew, which is generally only used for the installation of small pumps (pump diameter < 300 mm).
The secondary pouring method is to reserve the anchor bolt holes on the foundation, generally 100mm x 100mm square holes (depending on the size of the anchor bolts). The depth of the hole is L + (100 ~ 200) mm of the length of the foundation bolt. After the concrete reaches a certain strength, install the base. After the foundation bolt is installed, pour concrete into the reserved bolt hole. This method will not cause the base installation difficulty due to the incorrect foundation bolt.
