河北某鋼廠使用的煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐爐口冷卻熱水循環(huán)泵,流量410m3/h,揚程47m,軸功率65. 6kW,配套電機功率75kW, 鋼額定電流值為139.7A在設(shè)備調(diào)試中發(fā)現(xiàn)電機電流達到了145A, 超過了電機額定電流。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場觀察到電機的電流確為145A,再看泵的進出口壓力計算得到泵的揚程僅為38m,分析認為泵的揚程選的太高,泵在超大流量下經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn),造成泵功率增大,此泵的配用電機功率的儲備系教又較小,造成了泵大流量下電機超電流。所以決定關(guān)小泵出口閥門到電流額定值。并建議泵檢修時,可將泵葉輪外經(jīng)適當(dāng)切割,減少葉輪外經(jīng)這樣更節(jié)能。渣漿泵廠家
