現(xiàn)場檢查:泵盤車輕松,但發(fā)現(xiàn)輸送的水比較臟, 水中含有較多的煤灰。據(jù)采的操作人員反映,泵以前運(yùn)行時,回水管有些發(fā)熱。所以初步判斷回水管堵塞。當(dāng)打開回水管時, 內(nèi)有許多謀泥,而回水孔處已幾乎堵死。當(dāng)清理完回水管和回水孔后,泵就很輕松起來。

程1350m,配用電機(jī)功率160kW,安裝調(diào)試發(fā)現(xiàn), 機(jī)組振動很大,泵不敢長期運(yùn)行。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場在泵的軸承處測得泵的振幅達(dá)0.3mm,泵機(jī)組周圍的地面也感到較大的振動感。檢查泵的性能軸承溫升都很正常,檢查聯(lián)軸器的對中也符合要求,泵本身并無什么問題,當(dāng)時在廠里生產(chǎn)時,一起制造了兩臺這樣的泵,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)為正常,而另一臺安裝在北京的另一個煤礦,已正常工作一個多月了,振動僅為0. 06mm,這一臺為什么振動如此之大呢?后來與煤礦的工人交談得知,在泵機(jī)組的基礎(chǔ)澆灌時,上一天混凝 土澆灌了一半下班了,第二天接著澆灌完,所以分析覺得是否因?yàn)榛A(chǔ)分層達(dá)不到強(qiáng)度及剛度要求,泵的功率又較大,因此造成了振動大。在找不到其他的原因的情況下,只能將基礎(chǔ)炸了,重新澆灌基礎(chǔ),結(jié)果還真是這個原因,問題解決了。
寧波某一賓館的空調(diào)冷卻循環(huán)泵,泵的流量200m3/h,揚(yáng)程32m,配用功率30kW,泵運(yùn)行時振動噪音大,并且柱銷聯(lián)軸器的橡膠彈性圈只使用1 ~2h就壞了。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)柱銷彈性聯(lián)軸器的柱銷與泵端聯(lián)軸器配合的地方是直桿,應(yīng)該是錐形配合,這樣用螺母拉緊后錐面緊緊貼合使柱銷不會晃動,泵端聯(lián)軸器的孔還是錐形的。原來泵上帶來的柱銷在安裝中丟失了,在寧波當(dāng)?shù)刂荒苜I到這樣直桿的。檢查兩聯(lián)軸器的對中性也不夠好,造成了振動噪聲大,橡膠彈性圈損壞快。后來購到了錐形的柱銷,并重新找正了聯(lián)軸器的對中。結(jié)果運(yùn)行相當(dāng)平穩(wěn),運(yùn)行一天后檢查橡膠彈性圈,毫無損傷,后來了解到運(yùn)行了幾個月,橡膠彈性圈沒有損壞。 渣漿泵

Later, I talked with the coal mine workers and learned that when pouring the foundation of the pump unit, half of the concrete was poured out of work the previous day, and then the next day was poured out, so I analyzed whether the pump power was large because the foundation layer could not meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, which resulted in large vibration. If no other reason can be found, the foundation can only be blasted and watered again. As a result, this is the reason and the problem has been solved.
