渣漿泵切割葉輪外徑改變揚(yáng)程
由泵的切割定律可知,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速一定時(shí),流量和揚(yáng)程隨葉輪外徑切割大小近似地成一次、二次方變化。當(dāng)泵葉輪外徑在允許范圍內(nèi)切割時(shí),則H - Q性能曲線向左下方移動(dòng),如圖1-55所示。若管路特性不變時(shí),就可得到不同的工作點(diǎn),使流量減小。這種調(diào)節(jié)方法雖然沒有附加能量損失,但葉輪切割后不能再恢復(fù)原有渣漿泵特性故適用于長(zhǎng)期調(diào)節(jié)。另外,式(1- 70)給出了切割葉輪的泵特性方程。
Slurry pump cutting impeller outside diameter change head
According to the cutting law of the pump, when the rotating speed is fixed, the flow rate and the head change approximately once and twice with the cutting size of the outer diameter of the impeller. When the outer diameter of the pump impeller is cut within the allowable range, the H-Q performance curve moves to the lower left, as shown in figure 1-55. If the characteristics of the pipeline remain unchanged, different working points can be obtained to reduce the flow. Although this method has no additional energy loss, it can not restore the original slurry pump characteristics after impeller cutting, so it is suitable for long-term regulation. In addition, equation (1-70) gives the pump characteristic equation of cutting impeller.
