離心泵運(yùn)行時,其轉(zhuǎn)動部件會受到一個與軸線平行的軸向力。這個力相當(dāng)大，特別是對于多級離心泵。大的軸向力會使整個轉(zhuǎn)子壓向吸入口，不僅可能引起動、靜部件碰撞和磨損，還會增加軸承負(fù)荷，導(dǎo)致機(jī)組振動，對渣漿泵的正常運(yùn)行十分不利，所以在設(shè)計和使用時對其平衡問題必須給予足夠重視。
