多吸頭排污泵與浮選機(jī)的作用
這是近年來研制成功的一種新型機(jī)械攪拌式浮選機(jī)。棒型浮選機(jī)與XJK型浮選機(jī)比較，具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):浮選速度快、效率高，用于混合浮選時(shí)單位容積處理能力大;適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，選別指標(biāo)高;對于粗細(xì)粒級都能有效回收，特別是用于密度大、粒度粗的礦物選別時(shí)，能克服使用其他浮選機(jī)時(shí)的沉淀現(xiàn)象，能獲得較高回收率指標(biāo);槽身淺、攪拌力強(qiáng)、充氣量大、電力消耗省。主要缺點(diǎn)是:吸入槽結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，維修不方便;分離浮選效果不如混合浮選好;由于有兩個(gè)槽子，現(xiàn)場更改流程復(fù)雜。

浮選柱是一種深槽型壓氣式浮選機(jī)，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，主要由柱體和充氣裝置構(gòu)成。浮選柱已廣泛用于選別有色金屬硫化物礦，含金硫化物礦，鐵礦以及煤、磷、螢石等非金屬礦。浮選柱與機(jī)械攪拌式浮選機(jī)相比，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:構(gòu)造簡單、制作容易、占地面積少、基建費(fèi)用低;選礦富集比大、處理量較高、簡化了工藝流程;維修、操作方便，易于自動控制;易損件少、耗電少。缺點(diǎn)是:工作不穩(wěn)定，壓縮空氣耗量大，藥劑用量較多，精礦品位較低，檢修時(shí)造成金屬流失。
最近研究證明，采用浮選柱有可能提高金的回收率是因?yàn)樗谋容^平靜的礦漿液相能使選擇性捕收劑達(dá)到更有效的應(yīng)用，也有可能使調(diào)整氣體(如氮?dú)夂脱趸?/span>) 達(dá)到更有效應(yīng)用。

The flotation column is a kind of deep trough type compressed air flotation machine, which is simple in structure and mainly composed of column and aeration device. Flotation column has been widely used to separate nonferrous metal sulfide ore, gold bearing sulfide ore, iron ore, coal, phosphorus, fluorite and other non-metallic minerals. Compared with the mechanical stirring flotation machine, the flotation column has the following advantages: simple structure, easy production, small occupation area, low infrastructure cost; large concentration ratio, high treatment capacity, simplified process flow; convenient maintenance and operation, easy automatic control; less vulnerable parts and less power consumption. The disadvantages are: unstable work, large consumption of compressed air, more reagent consumption, low concentrate grade, resulting in metal loss during maintenance.
Recent studies have shown that it is possible to improve gold recovery by using flotation column because of its relatively calm slurry liquid phase, which enables more effective application of selective collectors and more effective application of adjustment gases such as nitrogen and sulfur oxide.
