液下渣漿泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)都有那些。
液下渣漿泵承如用-49所示，主要用于電廠輸送循環(huán)水，也可用于鋼供廠、船
塢排水及農(nóng)田灌溉等。
液下渣漿泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)有:
1)流量大，揚(yáng)程不高。
2) 體積小，質(zhì)量輕，機(jī)組占地面積小。
3) 效率高，達(dá)80% ~ 90%。
4) 起動(dòng)前不需灌水或抽真空。 5)安全可靠，壽命長(zhǎng)。6)汽蝕性能好。
液下渣漿泵的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)有:
1)電動(dòng)機(jī)與泵連接(或支撐)方式有兩種:一種是單基礎(chǔ)，電動(dòng)機(jī)和泵靠電動(dòng)機(jī)座合在一起，安裝在一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上; 另一種是雙基礎(chǔ)， 電動(dòng)機(jī)和泵安裝在各自的基礎(chǔ)上。
2)葉片可做成可調(diào)式。
3)導(dǎo)軸承材料可以用橡膠、BBF 或賽龍等。
4)軸承用護(hù)軸管保護(hù)，護(hù)軸管內(nèi)充滿潔凈的壓力水，以潤(rùn)滑導(dǎo)軸承，防止不干凈的介質(zhì)進(jìn)人導(dǎo)軸承造成磨損。
5)泵軸向力和泵本身質(zhì)量大部分由電動(dòng)機(jī)的推力軸承承受，也可以根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)成泵本身帶推力軸承。
6)泵分為轉(zhuǎn)子部件(如葉輪、軸、護(hù)軸套、導(dǎo)軸承部件、軸封部件等)及導(dǎo)葉體可起抽出的雙殼體結(jié)構(gòu)(見圖5-49)和不可抽出的單殼體結(jié)構(gòu)。

The structural features of the vertical slurry pump include:
1) There are two ways to connect (or support) the motor and the pump: one is a single foundation, and the motor and the pump are combined by the motor seat and installed on the same foundation; The other is double foundation, and the motor and pump are installed on their respective foundations.
2) The blades can be made adjustable.
3) The guide bearing material can be rubber, BBF or Cylon.
4) The bearing is protected by the shaft guard tube, which is filled with clean pressure water to lubricate the guide bearing and prevent the dirty medium from entering the guide bearing and causing wear.
5) The axial force of the pump and the mass of the pump itself are mostly borne by the thrust bearing of the motor, and the pump itself can also be designed with thrust bearing as required.
6) The pump is divided into rotor parts (such as impeller, shaft, shaft sleeve, guide bearing parts, shaft seal parts, etc.) and guide vane body with extractable double shell structure (see Fig. 5-49) and non extractable single shell structure.
