一、 泵的定義
泵是一種抽送液體或增加液體能量的機(jī)器,即把原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能變?yōu)橐后w能量的機(jī)器統(tǒng)稱為泵。
二、泵的分類
按其作用原理,可將泵分為三大類,如圖2-1所示。
1.葉片式泵
它是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)葉 輪的葉片和液體相互作用來(lái)輸送液體或增加液體的能量。主要有離心泵、混流泵、軸流泵和旋渦泵等。其特點(diǎn)是流量大、揚(yáng)程較低、體積較小。這其中旋渦泵為小流量高揚(yáng)程泵;混流泵和軸流泵為大流量低揚(yáng)程泵;離心泵介于它們之間,使用范圍最為廣泛。
2.容積式泵
它是利用工作室容積周期性變化來(lái)輸送液體或增加液體的能量。如往復(fù)泵(活塞泵) (圖2-2)、柱塞泵、隔膜泵、轉(zhuǎn)子泵(圖2-3)、齒輪泵(圖2-4)、螺桿泵(圖2-5)等。其特點(diǎn)是流量小、揚(yáng)程高、體積大。
3.其他類型泵
是利用流體能量來(lái)輸送液體的泵,如射流泵(圖2-6)、 水錘泵(圖2-7)。

I. definition of pump
Pump is a kind of machine that pumps liquid or increases liquid energy, that is, the machine that transforms the mechanical energy of prime mover into liquid energy is called pump.
II. Classification of pumps
According to its principle of action, pumps can be divided into three categories, as shown in Figure 2-1.
1. Vane pump
It uses the interaction between the blades of the rotating impeller and the liquid to deliver the liquid or increase the energy of the liquid. It mainly includes centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump, axial flow pump and vortex pump. It is characterized by large flow, low head and small volume. Among them, the vortex pump is a small flow high head pump; the mixed flow pump and the axial flow pump are large flow low head pumps; the centrifugal pump is between them and the most widely used.
2. Positive displacement pump
It uses the periodic change of the volume of the working room to deliver liquid or increase the energy of liquid. For example, reciprocating pump (piston pump) (Figure 2-2), plunger pump, diaphragm pump, rotor pump (Figure 2-3), gear pump (Figure 2-4), screw pump (Figure 2-5), etc. It is characterized by small flow, high head and large volume.
3. Other types of pumps
It is a pump that uses fluid energy to deliver liquid, such as jet pump (Fig. 2-6) and water hammer pump (Fig. 2-7).
