故障為電機合;不上閘,泵轉不起來。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場泵盤車車輕松靈活,軸承潤滑正常,電機接線正確, 啟泵時出口閥門是關閉的。但電機沒有啟動器降壓啟動,而是直按啟動的。 再進一步檢查,變壓器離泵很遠,約有1500m,并且用很細的塑料導線連接起來。看了之后覺得變壓器離泵這麼遠,導線又那么細,線壓降一定很大,決定趕快測量電機接戰(zhàn)端的電壓,結果僅為330V,電壓太低,又是直接啟動,當然就起不來了。后換了粗的導線電壓上升到380V,泵就起來了。渣漿泵
