北京郊區(qū)一輪是安裝的灌溉泵，流量為35m3/h，揚程25m，配用電機功率5.5kW。
故障為電機合;不上閘，泵轉不起來。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場泵盤車車輕松靈活，軸承潤滑正常，電機接線正確， 啟泵時出口閥門是關閉的。但電機沒有啟動器降壓啟動，而是直按啟動的。 再進一步檢查，變壓器離泵很遠，約有1500m，并且用很細的塑料導線連接起來。看了之后覺得變壓器離泵這麼遠，導線又那么細，線壓降一定很大，決定趕快測量電機接戰(zhàn)端的電壓，結果僅為330V，電壓太低，又是直接啟動，當然就起不來了。后換了粗的導線電壓上升到380V，泵就起來了。渣漿泵
