在渣漿泵和壓縮天然氣中的應(yīng)用
液化天然氣(LNG)就是將天然氣從礦場開采出來，經(jīng)過預(yù)處理工藝后，采用先進(jìn)的制冷工藝,變成液態(tài)(- 162C ,0.1MPa)的天然氣。在天然氣液化裝置中，壓縮機(jī)除了用于天然氣的增壓和輸送外，還有用于不同溫度制冷的壓縮機(jī)。所采用的壓縮機(jī)主要有往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)、離心式壓縮機(jī)以及軸流式壓縮機(jī)。往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)通常用于天然氣處理量比較小的液化裝置，離心式壓縮機(jī)則用于大型液化裝置，軸流式壓縮機(jī)主要用于混合制冷劑循環(huán)裝置。
自2006年國內(nèi)首座LNG接收站在深圳大鵬灣建成投產(chǎn)以來，至2013年我國已建成投產(chǎn)、在建及規(guī)劃的LNG接收站達(dá)到20多座,其中已建成投產(chǎn)LNG接收站9座,年進(jìn)口液化天然氣達(dá)到1700x 10*t,預(yù)計2020年將達(dá)到6000X10*t的進(jìn)口規(guī)模。在LNG接收站內(nèi)，液化天然氣的輸送和加壓主要采用大型立式潛液泵;站內(nèi)蒸發(fā)氣體(BOG)的回收利用則采用往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)加壓進(jìn)行冷凝回收.主要有臥式對稱平衡和立式迷官密封兩種結(jié)構(gòu)型式。潛液泵為離心泵，要求在低溫下軸封可靠電動機(jī)冷卻和軸承潤滑均采用低溫LNG.潛液泉本身軸向力平衡非常重要.直接影響軸承使用壽命和泵的維修周期。渣漿泵廠家
在壓縮天然氣(CNG)加壓站通常采用往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)最高可將天然氣壓縮到25MPa.再充裝給氣瓶轉(zhuǎn)運車送至城鎮(zhèn)布點的CNG汽車加氣站或CNG供應(yīng)站。
Application in slurry pump and compressed natural gas
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is the natural gas extracted from the mine. After pretreatment, it is transformed into liquid (- 162c, 0.1MPa) natural gas through advanced refrigeration process. In the natural gas liquefaction unit, the compressor is not only used for pressurization and transportation of natural gas, but also for refrigeration at different temperatures.
