50確定含金礦 石工藝流程時(shí)要注意什么?
含金礦石選別工藝流程取決于礦石中的金和其他有價(jià)組分的賦存狀態(tài)和嵌布特性,以及礦床的儲(chǔ)量規(guī)模和建廠條件。
任何一種含金礦石都各有其特性,即使同一礦床,深部和淺部的礦石性質(zhì)也有差異,因此選別方法也會(huì)不同,合理的工藝流程必須經(jīng)過小型試驗(yàn)或擴(kuò)大試驗(yàn)才能確定。
確定選別工藝流程時(shí),應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)。
(1) 提前回收大粒金
對(duì)含有大粒金(>0. 1mm)的含金礦石,應(yīng)設(shè)重選或混汞作業(yè)盡早回收,以免這部分金在選別過程中流失和分散積存在設(shè)備及管路中。
(2)泥砂分選
當(dāng)?shù)V石中含有含金礦泥或幾乎不含金的礦泥時(shí),為了有效地回收金,可根據(jù)礦泥和礦砂不同的含金特點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行浮選、重選和氰化,可以提高金的回收率,并增大處理量。
(3)階段磨礦階段選別
礦石中的金呈粗細(xì)不均勻狀態(tài)嵌布時(shí),可采用階段磨礦階段選別工藝提高金的回收率。
(4) 采用選冶(水冶)聯(lián)合流程
由于金在礦石中的賦存狀態(tài)和嵌布粒度不同,與金共生的金屬礦物含量各異,采用單獨(dú)一種選礦 方法往往回收率較低,有價(jià)元素也得不到合理的利用,除少數(shù)礦石僅采用一種選礦方法即可獲得較高的金回收率外,絕大多數(shù)礦石必須用選冶聯(lián)合流程,才能獲得較高的金回收率,

(1) Recovery of large grains of gold in advance
For gold ore containing large grains of gold (> 0.1 mm), gravity separation or mercury mixing operation should be set up to recover as soon as possible, so as to avoid the loss and dispersion of this part of gold in the separation process and deposit in the equipment and pipeline.
(2) Mud sand separation
In order to effectively recover gold, flotation, gravity separation and cyanidation can be carried out according to the different gold bearing characteristics of slime and ore, which can improve the recovery rate of gold and increase the treatment capacity.
(3) Stage grinding and stage separation
When the gold in the ore is unevenly distributed, the stage grinding and stage separation process can be used to improve the recovery rate of gold.
(4) Combined process of beneficiation and Metallurgy (hydrometallurgy) is adopted
Due to the different occurrence and distribution of gold in the ore, the content of metal minerals associated with gold is different, so a single mineral processing method is adopted The recovery rate of the method is usually low and the valuable elements can not be reasonably utilized.
