加氣混凝土專(zhuān)用泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
(1)流量均勻。當(dāng)螺桿旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),密封腔連續(xù)向前推進(jìn),各瞬時(shí)排出量相同。因此,螺桿泵的流量比往復(fù)泵、齒輪泵要均勻。
(2)受力情況良好。多數(shù)螺桿泵的主動(dòng)螺桿不受徑向力,所有從動(dòng)螺桿不受扭轉(zhuǎn)力矩的作用。因此,螺桿泵的使用壽命較長(zhǎng)。有些泵做成雙吸結(jié)構(gòu),還可以平衡軸向力。
(3)除單螺桿泵外,其他螺桿泵無(wú)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),不受慣性力影響,故轉(zhuǎn)速可以較高,一般轉(zhuǎn)速為1500~ 3000r/ min。
(4)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn).嗓聲小。被輸送液體不受攪拌作用。螺桿泵密封腔空間較大,有少量雜質(zhì)顆粒也不妨礙工作。
(5)具有良好的自吸能力,因螺桿密封性好,可以排送出氣體,啟動(dòng)時(shí)可不用罐泵,可作氣液混相輸送。由于密封性好,可在較高壓力下工作,壓力可達(dá)300*10Pa。

四、加氣混凝土專(zhuān)用泵在油氣混輸中的應(yīng)用
在油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)工程中.用于遠(yuǎn)距離輸送未經(jīng)處理的原油或部分處理的油氣水多相混合液體的氣液兩相流泵或油氣水多相流泵稱(chēng)為多相泵,或稱(chēng)為混輸泵。采用多相泵技術(shù)可以縮短油田生產(chǎn)周期,提高油田產(chǎn)量,節(jié)省油田投資,延長(zhǎng)老油田壽命。
目前國(guó)外已開(kāi)發(fā)研制出多種類(lèi)型的多相泵,按照使用場(chǎng)合不同,分為陸上多相泵和水下多相泵;按照工作原理的不同,又可分為旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)力式多相泵和容積式多相泵,前者包括螺旋軸流式多相泵、離心泵、對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)式濕式壓縮機(jī)等,后者包括單螺桿泵、雙螺桿泵、隔膜泵、線(xiàn)性活塞泵等。

(4) Smooth operation and low voice. The transported liquid is not agitated. Screw pump seal cavity space is large, there is a small amount of impurity particles do not hinder the work.
(5) It has good self-priming ability. Because of the good sealing performance of screw, it can discharge gas. It can be used for gas-liquid mixed phase transportation without tank pump when starting. Due to its good sealing performance, it can work under high pressure, and the pressure can reach 300 * 10Pa.

4、 Application of special pump for aerated concrete in oil and gas mixed transportation
In the oil and gas field development project, the gas-liquid two-phase flow pump or oil-gas-water multiphase flow pump used for long-distance transportation of untreated crude oil or partially treated oil-gas-water multiphase mixed liquid is called multiphase pump or mixed transportation pump. The application of multiphase pump technology can shorten the production cycle of oilfield, improve the production of oilfield, save investment and prolong the life of old oilfield.
At present, many kinds of multiphase pumps have been developed abroad, which can be divided into onshore multiphase pumps and underwater multiphase pumps; According to different working principles, it can be divided into rotary power multiphase pump and positive displacement multiphase pump. The former includes spiral axial flow multiphase pump, centrifugal pump, counter rotating wet compressor, etc., while the latter includes single screw pump, twin-screw pump, diaphragm pump, linear piston pump, etc.
