降低渣漿泵的轉速能不能提高水泵壽命
提高泵零件壽命另個途徑是降低泵的轉速。同時,由于既降低了液流速度又降低了固體顆粒在葉片正面上的濃度,葉輪磨損量大大減少。但是,當Q= const和H= const時,由于轉速n降低,將導致泵比轉數(shù)下降和壓水室磨損量增大,所以應該評價所有易損件的相對壽命。
由于渣漿泵廠家轉速降低,葉輪壽命有明顯提高,在不同轉速時泵參數(shù)相應變化的情況下,使用同一臺泵是合理的。這樣在抽送細顆粒低磨蝕性固液混合物時應該提高轉速,而在抽送強磨蝕固液混合物特別是含大顆粒固液混合物時,在參數(shù)相應降低的情況下應該降低轉速。
為了減少葉輪(前蓋板和副葉片)在由于沖角很大使液流強烈脫流而產(chǎn)生的小流量區(qū)工作時的磨損量,采用專門襯里的吸入管的辦法適當?shù)靥岣呷~輪入口液流速度。
