單殼渣漿泵與雙殼渣漿泵的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn):
1)泵無(wú)軸封,故可用于要求介質(zhì)絕對(duì)不外漏的場(chǎng)合,如核電方面也特別適用。
2)泵適用溫度達(dá)375°C,適用壓力達(dá)22MPa,使用該種系,不僅可以提高機(jī)組熱效率,還可以縮短起動(dòng)時(shí)間。
3) 在火力發(fā)電機(jī)組中,該系安裝在鍋爐鍋筒下集箱與水冷壁下連箱之間的下降管上,且垂直焊在循環(huán)管路上,不設(shè)任何支架,泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,安裝方便。
4) 電動(dòng)機(jī)定子和轉(zhuǎn)子間無(wú)屏蔽套,加之泵無(wú)泄漏,所以泵效率高,檢修方便。由于導(dǎo)葉存在,該泵無(wú)徑向力,加之結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,葉輪通過(guò)熱屏和中間板安裝在電動(dòng)機(jī)軸伸出端,又具有最小的懸臂,故運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠。
